Dr. Maria Beug-Deeb (Co-chair) and the Chemical Businesses Group of the Georgia Section/American Chemical Society organized Showcase 2012 in which chemical companies, suppliers and buyers in the greater Atlanta area met to network and find new opportunities. The Showcase was held in conjunction with the Georgia Section Academia/Industry Forum. This effort received 3 Chemluminary Awards by the American Chemical Society in 2013.
